  Phil is an absolute asset to all my personal and business needs. Mr. Hineman took care of a child support; parenting issue that entailed a very unreasonable ex . Through his expertise and patience , Phil got everything and more for me when it came to our day in court. Mr.Hineman on the business side took a solid stance with the best interest of the company and "shut down" some nonsense filings from a company that was out to do harm and request moneys for something never provided. I recommend Mr. Hineman to anyone that is in need of council as Phil has always been "solid" regarding anything I have .

  I am a private investigator in Phoenix. I have worked on several cases with Mr. Hineman. The most difficult case involved a client falsely accused of child sex crimes at the hands of a spiteful ex-girlfriend. Mr. Hineman represented his client aggressively and got all charges dismissed. This is an exteme rarity in criminal law. It would not have happened without Mr. Hineman's experience and dedication to his client.
