  We went in knowing what we wanted and the first person to come acknowledge my Husband and I was Nate! He was very personable, friendly down to earth! He made the process painless, fast and was always 2 steps ahead of the game! He made us feel as though we he knew us before allowing us to feel comfortable about the process. After we got the approval he took us on a tour of the facility in which we got to meet more the Arrowhead Harley Davidson Family which too were very friendly! All in all I am happy with the product, service, staff and the great prices! Thank you Arrowhead Harley Davidson!

  From the moment we walked in the door until I drove away on my new Harley, it was a truly magnificent experience. The customer service of Chad, Mo and Mr. Valentine was something else. Typically any time you buy something new its always a hassle. This was the smoothest interactions Ive had, even my girlfriend was smiling from ear to ear after everything was said and done.

  Nate, Rob & Mich were all great! There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything! Their only concern was to get the right bike for my needs and enjoyment. Arrowhead HD just happen to have the bike that fit all my needs. They took great care to make sure that I was/am totally satisfied and happy with my purchase. I was referred there by a friend and I will refer my friends to do business there as well! It was well worth the trip seeing that I traveled all the was from East Mesa. Thank All of You again for your great customer service!
